What about the Aeolian mode? The Delian League, Peloponnesian League, Ionian League, Corinthian League? There are a lot more "major" city states too.

I agree there are more leagues and city-states (over 150), I was most concerned over that part of the quiz. Perhaps there should be hints for those. The Aeolian and Ionian modes are more modern ideas.
