	If "the ancient world" is only Greece and Rome, then why did the "wonders of the ancient world" include the Pyramid of Giza, the lighthouse in Alexandria and the hanging gardens of Babylon? You really need to be more specific.

	the quiz isnt about the wonders of the aincient world so it doesnt really matter what the wonders of the ancient world contained. your point is irrelevnt. i didnt say that the term ancient world was specific to rome and greece, i just said it was a term that can be used to describe rome and greece. i dont need to be more specific because i just made a quiz for fun cos i hadnt seen one of greek and roman gods and goddesses, i didnt mkae it to be tailor made to your strict rules. if you dont like it, dont play it, you can see the questions before you start.

	That's like saying "This quiz isn't about the world capitals, so it doesn't really matter that I made a quiz of North American capitals and titled it 'World Capitals.'" It makes no sense. "The ancient world" is not just Greece and Rome. Even if you don't want to include Ancient China, India, or Japan - questionable - you can't, say, ask for "King of Gods and the Sky" and not accept Ra on a quiz titled "Gods of the Ancient World." If you want to say the classical world, by all means do so, as that term is used to refer to Greece and Rome.

	Even though i highly disagree with your propsed comparison- it is an exaggeration and not eaqual, i give up, have it your way if you want cos i really just dont give a **** anymore. there are so many fun quizzes to do on this site, so i really dont understand why it cant just be a lighthearted thing that people do! instead, you insist on nit-picking minor details- i really dont get why it matters THAT MUCH. I wasnt trying to start a massive debate about what is right and wrong in the world when i was bored and decided to make up a quiz of my own,and innocently picked the name of my quiz!

	You see, it's fun and lighthearted to go looking at the contributed quizzes, find a "Gods of the Ancient World" quiz and click on it all happily expecting a quiz that's different from the dozen Greco-Roman deities quizzes that already exist...

	I'm gonna have to chime in to add my opinion to everyone else's. This wasn't the quiz I expected (false advertising) and on top of that, the spelling was so atrocious that it was pretty much impossible to get 100%, even when I knew all the answers.

	I agree 100% with razzle_dazzle. I think this is really a fantastic quiz and I had an immense amount of fun playing it. Its a shame that some people seem to have forgotten the purpose of sporcle and feel the need to take out their anger at the fact that they probably can't name all of the god's and goddesses of the ancient world on a poor, innocent, and clearly very talented quiz maker. don_key YOU GO GIRL and keep making INCREDIBLE quizzes like this little gem. it sure is the bizzle fo shizzle.
