Burnside, not Burnsides.

Thanks, not sure how I missed that - maybe I was thinking about Burnside's Bridge? Threw Fredericksburg in at last minute, didn't double check it. Apologies to all (6) for any frustration caused.

Could not for the life of me remember the name Rosecrans so I didn't get any of the western battles. For the 1864 battles such as Wilderness and Spotsylvania, I might have also accepted Meade. It is true that Grant was in charge of the US armies, but Meade was technically still head of the Army of the Potomac.

OK, agreed. I hate doing it because Meade pretty much had zero input tactically. Technically, though, you are correct.
