Not bad but accept alternative answers for number three (eg Macedonia, FYR Macedonia).

First of all fyrom is much easier to write than Macedonia.Secondly Macedonia is a Greek province, the official name of the country is F.Y.R.O.M. like it or not

The official name of Greece is the Hellenic Republic. That didn't stop you from accepting (and listing) it as Greece. The common name of the nation is Macedonia and that should be acceptable.

What I am saying is that it should not be, Macedonians are Greeks who live in the province called Macedonia. For some reason this country adopted that name as their own which historically is proven to be wrong

If you want to make a political statement, go post on a political blog. If you want to make a Sporcle quiz, use the Sporcle standard.

Cyprus is probably a worthy of a bonus, IMO. Also, the Mutiny at the Hyphasis probably took place in what is now modern India, near Amritsar, although just barely, and it is likely that Siaklot/Sagala, in Pakistani Kashmir, was the easternmost outpost of the empire.

Sorry I forgot Cyprus, as for India you're also right. I am not intersted in making a fuss about it, I can't understand why some people find it so hard or irritating to type Fyrom. Besides, this is a test about history and we ought to be historically accurate. I hope that this discussion ends here.

Nope. His father was Phillip of Macedon, so our thoughts naturally run that way. Let Macedonia in.

Whatever your political bias you MUST conform to the sporcle geography standards if you want your quiz to be any good. 1 Globe untill Macedonia is in.

If you're so stuffy about the official naming of the country, then why you don't accept "Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" as an answer? It's official name is not "F.Y.R.O.M." That's just an abbreviation. That's like saying that the United Kingdom's official name is the "U.K.," and that nothing else is acceptable. And besides, I agree with all the other commenters views on the subject of the name. You need to either be less stubborn, or you should bring your views on Balkan politics elsewhere.
