First, who eats with tongs? Second, too much time. Finally, the knork has always seemed like a bad idea. Either it isn't very sharp and so won't cut well or it is sharp and will split your mouth open leaving you horribly disfigured.

i googled a splayd its a single eating utesil combining a fork spoon and knife. lol
