I endorse elevatorman's suggestions. I suggest "I've had eighteen straight whiskies, I think that's the record," although that is apparently not actually his last words, and also "Thomas Jefferson still survives" and "Kiss Me, Hardy." (The latter also apparently not his real last words.)

It would be amusing if there was a reference to the controversy over what Mother Teresa's last words were. (According to the nuns who were at her side, her last words were "Jesus, I love you." According to her doctor, her last words were, "I can't breathe.")

Goethe: Mehr licht, Stonewall Jackson: Let us pass over the river, and rest under the shade of the trees, and my all time favorite Georges Danton: Show my head to the people, it is worth seeing. That being said, good quiz, I love the Wilde quote

johnlk I'd like to point out you are right "Kiss me Hardy" were not Admiral Nelson's final words they were; "Drink drink, fan fan, rub rub." He was thirsty, hot and... who knows.
