correct. northern ireland isn't part of britain. it is part of the uk.

Using the word Britain to mean the UK is pretty commonly accepted use. I think it's considered acceptable usage by the government anyway. Great Britain is more specific and refers to the main island in the UK (you know, the one with England and stuff on it).

I'm not usually particularly pedantic but I have to agree that I';m uncomfortable with the term Britain being used to include NI. The full title is The United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland' so the term 'Britain' is by definition exclusive of NI.

I'd agree with the above about Britain. Also, please change the colour scheme - particularly in the third column - it's pretty painful to the eye. Finally, please accept 'Stoke' for 'Stoke-on-Trent'
