The total number of years is off by one. 1960-2010 covers 51 seasons, not 50.

I'm guessing he isn't counting 1994 because of the strike and 1904 because of McGraw boycotting the World Series since his count is correct on the NFL teams.

@cocky: sox_fan is correct. I did not include seasons in which teams had no chance to reach or win a championship. -- @healy34: The Rangers did indeed win in those years. I am counting the number of seasons in a row that they did not win a championship, which is 53 (1941-1993).

The Kings used to be known as the Royals and the Orioles used to be known as the Browns. While the team name listed is the one it had at the end of its streak, I included any nickname the team had over the streak.
