Good quiz but you should accept a broader range of answers, like "cutting," "carbon monoxide," "gunshot."

You could argue that carbon monoxide inhalation IS a form of asphyxiation. It has been argued from both sides. Well done.

Should accept "falls" or "falling" for jumping, and possibly "gas" for carbon monoxide, but I tend to agree with previous poster that that should be lumped in with asphyxia

you should accept car exhaust/exhaust fumes and perhaps "gassing" too. Also cutting or slitting wrists.
