| @mdobb21, GPB: I'm not a baseball fan, in fact I don't follow baseball at all (Brit), meaning that obviously I'm not sure what official nicknames are and aren't, and what other names teams are known by. Therefore, I have to go by what certain sources (Wikipedia) say, and that had Angles of Anaheim. However, seeing as there does seem to be controversy about it, I'll go with the real people that know a bit more about baseball than I do, and make it a bonus.
Washington DC should be there, as that is the official name of the city. I'll check on the spelling of Kotte, and I'm sure St. Kitts and Nevis is there, but I may have somehow missed it.
@mikep426: It's stated in the game note that the MLB teams length is based on nickname only.
@Rockgolf: I'd have thought the current title made the aim of the game fairly obvious already, but I can see where you're coming from, and I'll tweak it slightly to turn it from fairly to very obvious :P
