Great, great idea for a quiz except for the Wikipedia source. Sporcle will send this quiz back to you probably.

Thanks! I know the source isn't great, I'll have to look for a better one.

I'm going to have to go look up this Liechtenstein-Slovakia rivalry.

The only countries that should be on this quiz are Kosovo, Abkhazia, Palestine, Sahrawi Republic, Taiwan, Transnistria, Somaliland, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, South Ossetia, and Nagorno-Karabakh.

Why? My criteria were nations that aren't recognized by one or more widely recognized nations. Granted, the People's Republic of China, Slovakia, and Liechtenstein are generally accepted as being independent nations, they fit the criteria and therefore belong in the quiz. I meant to have Conch Republic as a bonus, I'll do that now.

Fantastic quiz and a wonderful insight to the world of international political relations. Deserves to be featured.

Great Quiz, except that "North Cyprus" should also be accepted.

I had no idea Slovakia and Liechtenstein had a feud going on. But I'm very amused.

It seems Liechtenstein and Slovakia patched things up in December 2009.

Anyone know why they don't (didn't?) recognize each other?

Your title is a bit weird. A majority of the UN should include some "significant nations", I would think.

I agree with Jelle, the last part of the title seems awkward and seems to imply a many nations don't recognize each one, maybe "Can you name the states whose status as an independent nation is not recognized by at least one significant nation?" or "...by at least one UN nation?" I like the quiz, though

I agree with Jelle and diving. How about: Can you name the states whose status as an independent nations is not recognized by *SOME* other nation.
