| I agree with the others. Cite your source. Be clear about whether you mean globally or just in a particular cuisine. Use the term Seasonings if you mean spices (seeds), herbs (leaves), blends (Old Bay) and minerals (salt). Or just do herbs and spices. Or whatever. And do you mean Chiles by pepper (capsicum, as they say in India), and peppercorns for black, green, pink and white pepper ground? |
