Few problems... "Velika Britanija" is the equivalent of Great Britain which actually refers to the Island on which England, Wales and Scotland are located, not to the country who's name is the United Kingdom which is translated as "Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo" in Serbian. Also some of these are incorrect as "Грчка", as an example should be written "Grchka", not "Grcka" in the Latin alphabet (same goes for Лихтенштајн - LihtensHtajn, Шпанија - SHpanija, Чешка -CHesHka, Словачка - SlovacHka, Немачка - NemacHka, Шведска - SHvedska and Норвешка - NorvesHka)

Wrong, there is no rule for that, but if you are unable to use č,ć,ž,š it's common to use just c,z,s. So Grcka, Spanija, Ceska, Slovacka... are totaly OK to use on PC without Serbian keyboard installed.
