| In general, a great quiz. I do have a few comments. (1) The quiz is inconsistent around the treatment of people who used the same codename. I assume Ant-Man (Original) and Ant-Man II (Heroes Return) are referencing Hank Pym and Scott Lang. If that's the case, then the two Spider-Womans (WCA and New Avengers) should be numbered, as they were not the same person. Similarly, "Iron Man II" should be an acceptable answer for Thunderstrike. And where's the Young Avengers Vision II? In general, I think you should explicitly state that when a differnt person uses the same code name, it's entered into the quiz as " II". (2) Hank Pym also used "Goliath" and "Doctor Pym" as code names, though the quiz doesn't seem to take either. (3) The Thing should be listed in West Coast Avengers. He did agree to join the team at the end of issue 9, even though he resigns by the end of issue 10. (4) When did Firebird join the West Coast Avengers? She assisted them many times, but part of her story line was around how she wished she got an invitation but never did. Perhaps she joined some later incarnation of the Avengers, but I don't recall a single issue of WCA that featured her as an official member. (5) I'm not sure I buy into the Team Infiltrators category. For example, the Anti-Vision replaced the real Vision for a period of time, but how does that make him an Avenger? Surely these folks are bonus answers at best. And who is Ravinna? Did you mean Ravonna? (6) Finally, if we're going to include Reserve and Honorary Avengers, I'd consider adding the Avengers Academy students, though issue #21 did sort of open the team roster up quite a bit. So maybe it's not such a good idea. |
