Palo Alto needs to be an alternative answer to San Francisco since that is where the game actually was played.

If you are going to put cities that have hosted a Super Bowl, Phoenix and Palo Alto have never hosted a Super Bowl, those games were in Glendale and Tempe, Arizona and Stanford, California. Also, Miami Gardens has hosted 5(along with the Miami 5, so 10 in the area but in seperate cities), Los Angeles has had 2, and Pontiac, Michigan had 1.
