Definitely correct the spelling error, and I'd also suggest expanding the quiz. Five is way too limited - 20 might be better.

My bad - spelling error is fixed. @Medved - it's not how close the capital is, it's how close the country is. Russia and Alaska nearly touch across the Bering Strait (about 50 mi), so the capital of Russia (Moscow) is the answer. Russia is even closer to the USA than Cuba.

@Capn: the minimum distance USA-Russia is in fact of only 3.8 km (2.4 miles), between two islands in the Bering Strait: Big Diomede (Russian) and Little Diomede (American). They are not only in different countries but in different continents (Asia and North America) and also in different days, as the International Date Line runs between them.
