	Johnny Depp, not Jonny. Jack Sparrow is also arguably not the main protagonist of the film series, but I'll leave that alone so as not to spark a debate. Generally fun quiz otherwise :)

	if you're going to use the "1st movie, 2nd movie, 3rd movie" format list the Star Wars section by year they came out. chronologically you have it right but the "1st movie" is A New Hope. other than that, great quiz

	Wow...I feel silly now...I totally thought the "and they constantly fight..." question in the HP column was asking what Ron and Hermione constantly fight about...again, wow. Awesome quiz btw. And I can't really choose a favorite. I love them all =D.

	I love it! But I also kind of agree with the protagonist issue in Pirates of the Caribbean...I always thought of Will Turner as more of a protagonist, being that Jack Sparrow does disappear and doesn't always have good motives. But I guess it doesn't really matter; it works either way. Thank you for this quiz!!!

	while I will admit the HP,LOTR, and POTC are fantastic series the can't hold a candle to the classic Star Wars. While the addition of the 1st three episodes brought it down a little they still aren't touched by the other three

	@msbond- Palpatine was played by Clive Revill (who is definitely a man) in Empire Strikes Back and by Ian McDiarmid in the other four films in which the character appears.

	nope, Palpatine was played by Elaine Baker (wife of Rick Baker) and voiced by Clive Revill... but Lucas put McDiarmid in for the Special Edition of Episode V

	@MtwainJverne- i don't think Star Trek will work as well, as they have almost no unifying plotlines from movie to movie. each one has an independent story and villain (except for the spock subplot in 2-4)

	@ Calimero Why would voting down the ones you dont like false the results?!! so many people use that logic but it makes no sense. If you tell people not to then some will and some wont, and that will mess up the results. But if you encourage everyone to vote up or down whatever they like where is the problem?

	I'm a huge LOTR nerd and even I didn't know who played Sauron. The emperor is played by the same character in every movie he appears in (he doesn't appear in A New Hope) except for The Original Empire Strikes Back. In the DVD release, he is played by the same actor.

	Great quiz - I really enjoyed it. I think that Davy Jones should also be accepted as the villain for PotC. I think he played a larger role than Beckett.

	Palpatine was indeed played by someone other than Macdiarmid in the Empire Strikes Back. A lot of people don't realize that because Macdiarmid was inserting in there when Lucas re-released the original trilogy. Great quiz.

	I think it's a bit much to ask us to identify who portrayed Sauron-- he was only in human form for about 5 minutes, wasn't he? Many more people can identify Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort.

	A few issues. First, I'll take on Pirates. Those movies are so filled with people switching sides, that it's really difficult to establish that Swann and Turner are any more Sparrow's "sidekicks" or opponents than is Barbossa or Norrington. Second, the actors who play Jones and Cutler-Beckett aren't really "name" actors, while Barbossa is. I would suggest altering the wording somewhat to include only 3 characters and the actors who played them, listing them all as sometimes friends and sometimes enemies - Barbossa, Swann, and Turner.

	Next, I'll take on the rest. Star Wars is perfect as-is. Harry Potter could use an additional space for the actor who plays the big V. He's a "name" actor, so why not? For LOTR, the "actor" who plays Sauron is a redonkulous question. Not only is the actor not a "name", he's personified by nothing more than CGI effects and sound dubbing. Add a second enemy slot for Saruman and ask for his actor - he's a "name". Other than those comments, great quiz!
