	Good quiz, however with the McGwire revelation there's not anyone on there I would really call a "snub" and I see several players totals artificially enhanced by juicing themselves (McGwire, Canseco, Belle (?)), juiced ballparks (Galarraga, Gaetti) and juicing their bats (Nettles, Cash).

	bostnboy: 15-20 is a terrible estimate for how many steroids helped him hit. I think he would've gone over 450, but probably not reached 500. That said, you are right that West is an idiot.

	Steroids were against the rules. They were banned by fay vincent in 1991 although no testing was implemented at the time. Besides, taking ANY prescription drug w/o a prescription is illegal and as such was against MLB rules.

	The name is a bit of a misnomer. Most of these players are not currently eligible for the Hall of Fame, having missed out on the 5% of votes needed to stay on the ballot for the next year's voting. Canseco, Kingman, both Evanses, etc.
