I would think the Vuelta de Espana would be the third cycling triple crown. It's one of the 3 Grand Tours. I don't think hiking really fits in as it's the only non-competitive one and is pretty obscure. Good one though.

Should be "US Thoroughbred" for horse racing. Horse racing has many triple crowns in the U.S. (Quarter Horse, Trotting, Pacing, Arabian, etc.)
