| I enjoy these 'personal favorite' lists because they make for interesting arguments. So, here's my beef - How in the world can you defend Jim Loscutoff on your list while leaving Danny Ainge off. I know Luscutoff was on all those championship teams with Russell, but he only started 1 year and look ay his career stats - 5.6 rpg, 6.2 ppg. And if that's not anemic enough for you, how about Jimbo's .345 lifetime field goal percentage. Ainge was always good for 12-15 avg. ppg during his 7 years with the Celts and played along side of Bird, McHale, Johnson and Parish during arguably the most exciting period of the NBA when the Celtics and Lakers were trading titles. |
