Ditto the horizontal and vertical comment, plus France's stripes are not equal they have a set ratio for each colour to give the appearance of being equal when flying, this is probably true for other countries flags also.

Good idea. But, there are quite a few that you haven't included which you arguably should include as they have three stripes and then a triangle at the side, e.g. Kuwait and Jordan. They have three stripes so should be in here unless you redefine your terms.

@Pistol: Those types of flags wouldn't count because not all of the stripes go all the way across the flag. If you let those in theres many many other ones you'd have to put in as well and by then the quiz would have no point. Using "a long straight object" as a definition of a stripe those wouldn't fit either, since some of those colors don't have straight ends.
