No such thing as "New York City." It's just good ol' New York.

You missed New Mexico. Also (just to nitpick a little), since you've listed them alphabetically, Colorado should be before Connecticut.

I missed my home state's city and the city with the same name as me. Epic fail.

Don't worry kiwi, I live in Maryland Heights, MO, and I still missed it. In my defense, it's in St. Louis County and I often forget it's a city in its own right. But still...

Anyone who got "Oregon, Ohio" because they were typing "Oregon City" raise their hand. Anyone who stopped typing "Oregon City" because they got a point for "Oregon, Ohio" and therefore did not get "Oregon City, Oregon," raise your other hand. Yeah, both my hands are up.

I gotta say this is too hard - too obscure. Why not do a pared down version of, say, cities in the top 100 most populous in the US that share the first letter with their state? Just a suggestion.
