For most, you don't need to type in "island," but for Staten Island and Vancouver Island you have to include it. Fix please.

Due to the fact that the city of Vancouver is not on Vancouver Island, I felt that I should leave island as part of the answer.

Hmmm. I wouldn't worry about it. Anyone who gets that should know that already. Also, it's "Hispaniola," not "Hispanola." Good quiz.

Ah come on. I typed "Montreal" and "Montreal Island". Also typed "Hispanola" because it had to be there, and I figured you spelled it wrong.

Hawaii is not part of North America. It may be part of the US, but it is not part of North America.

Amazing with all the coastline in this country, we don't have too many inhabited islands.

Is accepting "PR" for Puerto Rico really Sporcle standard? I was actually trying to type "Prince Edward Island"...that seems like a giveaway to me. If it were me, I'd require the whole thing.

I tried Guadeloupe, which wasn't accepted. Then I tried to type in Andros, but after 'and', Grande-Terre popped up. What's up with that?

I tried Laval, but no luck. Thanks to this quiz, I now know that the island is called Ile Jesus! Thanks Sporcle!!! I wonder if Lulu Island will make the list after this year's census is released. Richmond has grown significantly in the last few years...
