	Um, interesting quiz to say the least. I didn't know some of these (bugger,bloody, bollocks) were considered offensive or swear words. I wonder how long this quiz is going to stay on this website? @NagMeNot: I think those might be more American/Canadian swear words. I could be wrong though... @olly26c: Although I'm not from the UK, I know that in Canada "Jew" can be a derogatory term if used in that context. Generally speaking though, it is not a swear word here either.

	As a person of Jewish descent myself, I was a bit surprised to see the word "Jew" on the list. However, this is just what the BBC survey found.

	I think with something like "Jew", it's not an offensive word in itself, but people certainly sometimes use it in offensive ways. Although as George Carlin pointed out, that should really the case for everything on this list, we just tend to forget it with some of them: "There are no bad words. Just bad thoughts, bad intentions."

	I thought 'Jew' was a noun for a Semitic person and entirely neutral, but if I've been wrong all these years then so be it. Something like 'Yid' is the anti-Semitic term I've heard in the UK.
