The Stanford one forces you to write "ten" when the UCLA one accepted "10"

This is way too easy. Maybe change it to all of Division 1 for basketball since there are many more teams and conferences. I can't imagine a big college football fan stumbling on any of these the way it is now.

Nevada's nickname is the "Wolf Pack", not "Wolfpack." (That's North Carolina State's nickname.)

Bad timing on this quiz. Most people don't pay attention to college sports until March Madness.

A mild suggestion: The Big Twelve always calls itself the Big XII, in Roman numerals, so that construction should be accepted.

@mcory: College football gets better attendance and better ratings than college basketball, and it ain't close.

@JohnJF, while I love both, the only reason football gets more ratings than basketball is there's only 1 game a week compared to 2 or 3 a week. March Madness owns the BCS, and it ain't close.

lived the quiz, however I would possibly lower the time, I was able to slowly go through them and finish with over 1 minute and a half left, also perhaps a bit more variety in conference, as I was taking it I noticed that every conference mentioned appeared twice so it wasn't hard to get them if i wasn't completely sure.

@bmo1616: Last year's BCS Championship game garnered 26.76 million viewers and the final game of March Madness had 17.5 million. March Madness is far more of a conversation starter and the brackets are a ubiquitous part of American culture, football gets more viewers.

look at the opening weekend of March Madness when most people are going to watch the game, The opening weekend on avg had 22 million viewers and thats not factoring in the 9 or 10 million that watched online while at work. so about 32 million viewers on avg. I'd say that beats out the BCS
