you should accept "fellowship of the rings" even "lord of the rings" considering there are no other lord of the rings films on the list.

I thought of that, but they are all in the same decade so I figured there needed to be a distinction.

Fellowship of the Ring is often accepted in other quizzes though. still, its no biggy really. but what a terrible list this is! how could EW possibly call these movies the top 10 of the decade? goodquiz though. nothing to do with the quiz.

EW is retarted, seriously? children of men, brokeback mountain, and wall-e were good movies but definitely not top ten.

@goblue9123: Those are all reasonable movies to include on this list. I bet you'll see them again and again on critics' top ten of the decade. 40 Year Old Virgin, Moulin Rouge, and Gladiator, on the other hand...

Sorry. I misunderstood. Fellowship of the Ring by itself would be okay I guess. I just wanted to differentiate from the other by not just using "Lord of the Rings." I have to agree with most of the movies on this list though. With the exception of Lord of the Rings and Children of Men, both of which I have never seen, and have no interest in. I've seen the others and they are all excellent. I'm surprised Gladiator didn't get more love. It's an awesome movie.

They're all great movies, but the fact that the ten of them are on a list of ten together is weird. It's like they made a list of the top 100 or so, and picked ten names out of a hat.
