	bagel isn't a type of bread either as it also comes in pumpernickel, whole wheat, etc. Also, with focaccia and ciabatta present, Italian bread is already covered.

	One more that could have been included is potica, a type of bread/pastry common in eastern European countries and still made for sale by bakeries in Minnesota's Iron Range area that has many Serbian and Croatian immigrant descendants.
