I hope everyone enjoys this. I could've probably done an all-female group but I wanted to include a number of male artists. I also tried to include artists from a variety of genres from the whole of the rock era as well as including some fairly familiar names as well as some mildly obscure (or, at least, less well-known) artists.
As noted in the instructions, the names are not necessarily the artists' actual first-name but are the names by which they were known when they charted with the accompanying hint song. I had thought about including artists who are only known by a nickname or pseudonym (such as Babyface, Gotye and Pebbles) but opted not to for this game.

A real LuLu of a quiz. BTW, you can move the song title to a second, separate line by putting them in the third column.

Most of these aren't even worthy of me knowing their first names let alone their last.

Interesting puzzle, and the obscure ones made it more challenging to narrow down for the others. (I should have waited to guess Robyn. I knew she'd be a Swedish name, so I picked one wrong, then when Frida came up I knew I could have eliminated Lyngstad.)

Prince's middle name almost tricked me as it is also an answer here.

TIL Prince's last name isn't a squiggly symbol.

Marios's last name is BARRETT not BENNETT.

@kelea7: Thanks for catching that. It's been corrected now. And the worst thing about it is that I had the correct name in my original list of names. I don't know how I goofed entering the name. (There's no "Bennett" in the list that I'd originally compiled.)

Yes, I actually tried D'Angelo D'Angelo. In my defense, I thought maybe D'Angelo was the singer's last time name and it was a bit of a trick question. Guess not.
