ooh never would have gotten 2006 totally forgot how great a year he had. Missed 95-97 and 05 as well, but i should have gotten those.

Took it again and this time I double checked and in 1997 Larry Walker had an OPS of 1.172 and Piazza was 1.070

Yeah, but Walker was playing in a park with zero gravity,so when you adjust for that Piazza was the more valuable hitter.

But the quiz doesnt say that you had the adjustments. you should have put in walker. its asking for the stat. not your opinion. or at least accept both answers. You should try my quiz: http://www.sporcle.com/games/paulwaked/number_association

@paulwaked: It's not his opinion. The stat, OPS+, adjusts for the player's ballpark. In 1997, Piazza had an OPS+ of 185; Walker's was 178.
