nice quiz. I enjoyed how they were in order too, but I think six minutes is too much time.

Lower the time and mix up the order of the presidents so people actually have to think.

You should specify that it's just last names withou an "A", rathern than first and last names.

I didnt like this. It was just a shortened version of the presidents quiz. Also, there was WAY too much time given for this. 2 minutes or even a minute would be nice.

Stop having presidents quizzes. All of the answers of this quiz and various other quizzes are already covered in the Name the presidents quiz. Basically people keep finding new fays to fit the same 44 answers into various quizzes.

Same with movie quizzes, music quizzes, geography quizzes, every quiz ever made. So I guess all quizzes should stop being made, then?

I love the quizzes that make you actually think about the spelling, like when a letter is missing.

Yay, got all of them except for Clinton on the first try, but that's only because I was doing them in order and didn't get to him yet. Oh well. 21 out of 22 is still pretty decent.

I thought there was too much time. I wasn't even cranking and I had 1:30 left. I didn't really have to stop and think, just had to keep typing.

Yea except there are thousands of movies and songs rather than just 44 presidents. There are plenty of movies and songs that have yet to be in a single quiz and yet we keep doing presidential ones over and over. Same 44 answers in different quizzes.

But there are constant US geography quizzes too, and there are only 50 states. So what's the point, huh?

knowing all the US presidents is a starting point, like mastering a tool. Then creative people can lead us to use that tool in interesting ways.

You gotta know moviedynamic is REALLY right if his comment is around 20 points in the positive (and climbing?)... I agree, different ways of looking at the same info still works for me.

I was slightly sad Dewey wasn't a bonus, since he did defeat Truman and all. The Chicago Tribune wouldn't lie to me!

Way too much time - you could name every president in that amount of time, not to mention the fact that three of the last names in this quiz bring up two answers each.

@ MovieDynamic- I LIKE those US Geogrpahy games. I even like the US presidents game where you have to list presidents on a certain thing, because THAT REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE. This quiz did NOT require knowldege, all you had to do is know how to spell the presidents name. AS LONG AS THEY INCLUDE KNOWLEDGE I LIKE THE QUIZ. I just felt all you had to know was spelling to do this quiz.

@Samawesome Believe it or not, spelling is something you have to learn, and thus is knowledge...for those of you who are sick of certain types of quizzes, no one is forcing you to take them. Good quiz. I don't mind the fact it is the presidents again, because in each time, you have to think of them differently.

i completely agree that this is just a shortened version of presidents quizzes you just go through the list of presidents in your head and don't type ones with a's it's completely different than adding more movie quizzes, etc. I don't mind more presidents quizzes but multiple ones that just require listing them are redundant

Criticism of quizzes is allowed. This is just a watered down "Name the President's quiz." Considering the number of excellent quizzes being contributed this is a weak choice for the front page.

With any quiz where I have to name presidents I just go through the presidents song. It works pretty well.
