Sporcle usually counts Greenland as part of Denmark, which would mean Denmark shouldn't be on the list.

@Onno: yes, the Vaalserberg is 321 meters, so it falls just outside this list. Nice quiz, though it's quite easy to just try all island nations in the world and get very far.
