Ogden, Ray, and Reed are hall of famers. Boulware, McAlister, Lewis, Heap, Suggs, and Ngata are pro bowlers. Starks had a solid career on multiple teams. Grubbs is statistically one of the best OG's in the league and will make the pro bowl soon, Oher has potential to be a superb LT, and Flacco has potential to be a pro bowl QB.
