Not sure you needed the advisory, "Nations separated from their mainland countries are not included," in the game instructions since you're looking for country names which by Sporcle convention are limited to the 195 commonly accepted country names. I guess the answer in order game option is preventing someone from getting credit for a country name when they might not have known which continent the country was on, but that seems a bit far-fetched. As these are all unique-to-continent answers you could probably have used the default open answer game option instead and not really have lost anything, while granting players a little more freedom to input their answers. |
