How come the Palestinian territories were excluded, but Western Sahara wasn't? Personally I'd exclude both, since it seems a bit controversial to consider either a "dependency".

First of all, French Guiana and Reunion are not dependencies, they are integral parts of France, so they don't belong on this quiz. Accept "Turks Caicos" for the "Turks and Caicos Islands".

Did you totally forget the Faeroe Islands, a dependency of Denmark?

They are a lot smaller than the total area of denmark (including greenland) than any of the other ones on here.

Good idea, piss poor execution. Greenland is not a Danish dependency, Svalbard is not a Norwegian dependency, French Guiana and Réunion are not French dependencies, the Netherlands Antilles are not a Dutch dependency, and calling Western Sahara a Moroccan dependency is like calling Kosovo a Serbian dependency. If I could give this zero globes, I would.

Obviously you have no idea what a dependency is. It's a semi-autonomous region that does not possess full sovereignty. Greenland is almost by definition a danish dependency. Western Sahara is not a dependency which is why I tried to qualify it with "jurisdiction" in the title. Kosovo is under most circumstances, considered a fully autonomous country whereas Western Sahara has significantly less power. If I had put Kosovo in there I would be more like the ****ING IDIOT you portray me to be

I think the quiz is solid for the most part, but calling French Guiana and Reunion French dependencies is like calling Alaska and Hawaii US dependencies.

Interesting Quiz. Could you not accept "Falklands" for the Falkland Islands though?
