Cranberry sauce is 1 of the 2 most popular condiments in the US? Only for Thanksgiving, but then ketchup doesn't count and cranberry sauce is not a condiment.

'Answers do not have to be guessed in order.' Sorry for the confusion, changed it to condiments/accompaniments.

Should allow "tartar" for tartare. "Accompaniments" is pretty vague; maybe change title to "Condiments and Sauces". Should have gravy on the list. Also, pretty sure apple sauce did not originate in Israel.
