| You should put the criteria defining "smartest" in the description. The source is a report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development which just ranks countries by percentage of population with post-secondary education. Having a post-secondary education isn't really a great measure of how good someone's education is anyway, as education quality varies hugely both between and within countries. You can also be intelligent with no education at all or degree educated and clueless, so I don't think "smartest countries" is the best description of these figures. |
