While I love this music, there are some...questionable choices on their list (Bush?). Cool quiz, though. Nothing like the 90s

Their 80s list was a bit better, a few duds this time indeed (Clapton... meh...). Most of the major artists of the decade are here though, even if not always for the right album. Surprised (and disappointed) by the absence of DJ Shadow though.

I'll probably get a lot of minuses, but Cracked Rear View by Hootie and the Blowfish sold like 16 million copies.

I'm shocked the Gin Blossoms are here over Guided By Voices, the Lemonheads, Teenage Fanclub... Also, no Saint Etienne or Stereolab is a pity.

If this is supposed to be the "most important" albums of the decade, you shouldn't see any mention of Bush or Live.

I'm surprised "Screamadelica" isn't included. It was pretty a pretty big deal when it came out. Same with the first Stone Roses album (though it might have been 1989; I'm not sure).

The exclusion of the Beastie Boys from this list is a downright travesty.

I know it's on the source list, but Prince's Dirty Mind came out in 1980, I think.
