Not nearly enough time to think, never mind type 50+ answers. Please add a couple of minutes, because I think this would be a fun quiz, but right now I'm not even going to bother to try it with such a short time limit.

another minute or minute and a half is fine. I got all teams from all but three cities.

That's fair - I just didn't want to make it too easy. I'll up it to 4 minutes and see if that makes it too easy.

agreed that theres not even close to enough time. Should be at least 3 minutes.

Toronto should be a bonus answer since they officially have the Buffalo Bills 1 game/year. Fun quiz!

@Loubert - I definitely debated Toronto (and Miami for that matter, which had the Fusion MLS club until 2002), but I couldn't quite justify it as a full-fledged answer, and I don't think you can do bonuses for grouped quizzes.

I know that a lot of people got the San Francisco Giants from New York but how can people not guess San Francisco when they see that they got the San Francisco Giants?

@LeighB: No, they play in Foxborough, MA, but they both belong because they obviously represent Boston first and foremost. Many teams on these lists don't play exactly in the city, like many of the NY teams which play in NJ, but they represent the city, so they belong.

4 minutes is perfect. I was close to running out of time at the end, but I still got them all on my first attempt :smug:

You might as well just change the quiz to 6 sports cities and add the WNBA. MLS blows

Great quiz! Thanks for including the MLS and making DC an acceptable answer for Washington, which most quizmakers unfortunately do not. But since many people still refer to the wizards as the Bullets and are petitioning to have the name reinstated, it would be nice if you saw fit to add it as an acceptable answer for the DC basketball team.

Good quiz. Managed to get them all. As for the inclusion of the MLS, well it's popularity is catching up fast with the NHL, and some people complain about the inclusion of the NHL on some quizzes. So where do you draw the line exactly?

I never really considered the Devils as a New York team but besides that great quiz.

Great quiz, though I'd probably remove the San Francisco answers. Oakland, SF and San Jose are three distinct cities and hate being lumped in with one another. Would likely remove the Devils from the New York one too. But otherwise, this was a fun one!

Do people in San Jose really consider themselves part of the SF metro area? If it was classified as the Bay Area, I'd agree. But a great quiz

if you want to get crazy you could include the major league lacrosse teams for boston, denver and new york since they're probably about as well known (or unknown) as the MLS teams...great quiz either way
