| I did this quiz with my eyes closed so I could concentrate and picture the world in my mind. After trying the last 5 for 2-3 minutes I opened my eyes to see 15 seconds left and that they were in alphabetical order the whole time... |

| Good quiz. My geographical knowledge was always pretty dreadful, but thanks to Sporcle...well okay it's still pretty dreadful but at least I can name the countries of the world (and have at least a vague knowledge of where they are!) |

| Another great geography quiz...gotta love 'em!! |

| Naturally the first countries I thought of were Iraq, Iran, Israel, followed by the inevitable "it doesn't accept Russia"! =) |

| Happy with my 63/74, but missed few obvious ones like Myanmar and Andorra. Was a challenging, enjoyable quiz. Hope it will get published |

| I couldn't think of Botswana, so I kept trying to put Burma in there. Sporcle drives me insane... |

An outrage! |

| Belarus, Moldova and Sudan seem to trip me up a lot... and they did again here!
Good to see Canada on top though! :) |

| Just missed Tonga. Thought I'd gone right through Oceania at the beginning so didn't realise that I'd missed it. Might be better if the answers were not displayed in alphabetical order, as that gives too big a clue. I wouldn't have got Greece if it weren't for the fact the gap was between Grenada and Ghana. |

| with 3 minutes left I had two to get and I had to run through my virtual map all over again to get them just in time. One of them was South Korea and I'm sure you can guess the other :) |

| I retracted my comment about Greenland not being a country and all that cause I did my homework on it. I suppose the autonomic country bit keeps it off of the quizzes? |

| Got them all with 47 seconds left. Thank you Sporcle for teaching me the countries of the world (if the list hadn't come up in alphabetical order, however, I might not have gotten them all in time). |

| Scotland, England and Wales all threw me off. I guess together they form Great Britain, but I was sure they stood alone as countries. Nice quiz sporcle! |

| I tried to guess Israel. Took me about 30 seconds before I realized why it didn't fit. Ooops. |
 | tigerschick: | Aug 25th, 2010 at 13:22 GMT | | -2 points |
| I was surprised when I saw how many there are ... and how hard I found it to think of them all, despite it being in alphabetical order. The 2 I missed are the ones squished between India and ChIna so I mentally skipped past them (at least that's my excuse ;o) ) Icicle - I nearly missed Kyrgyzstan as I thought for a minute or two that all the -stan countries are -istan!! |

| I mean no insult to Abi_D, because these quizzes definitely take awhile to put together.. but I'd really like to see Sporcle concentrate on publishing quizzes that don't involve simply guessing the countries. Whatever the case, congrats on getting this one on the front page:) |
 | juusosieni: | Aug 25th, 2010 at 13:29 GMT | | 6 points |
| I was so sure that some comment would be voted down because someone tried to get England, Scotland and Wales as answers.. The main thing is that Kyrgyzstan is on a quiz again :). |

| Why are DemocratIc People's RepublIc of Korea and RepublIc of Korea both accepted, but not DemocratIc RepublIc of the Congo? Either Democratic and Republic should be omitted from all country names in this quiz, or none of them. |

What this quiz needed was Gilbert Gottfried watching over my shoulder as I was taking it.
Bahrain? Libya? Iran?? YOU FOOL! |
 | AlexKrycek: | Aug 25th, 2010 at 16:28 GMT | | 2 points |
| VickyC: beacuse the Democratic Republic of Korea and Republic of Korea are more commonly known as North Korea and South Korea rectively. Whereas the DRC and Republic of Congo is just that. |
