2) A lot of these guys were in multiple movies...Take "The Rock" who has been in a bunch of movies by now, or Hulk Hogan who was also in one of the 3 Ninjas sequels, or Shaq who also starred in Steel.
3) Nothing beats Gordon Bombay discussing a "shoe for kids who want to coach" with Kareem. Plus an NBA player in a hockey movie is a much better pull, and basketball is better than hockey anyways.
4) There were several NBA players who were then on the Clippers in Van Wilder, including Olowakandi, but also Darius Miles, Lamar Odom, and one other who I can't remember.
5) Thank you for the Hardball correction...that being said, IMDB lists it at Hard Ball, and says that Hardball is an unofficial title, so it will remain as is. I will make sure that it accepts both versions though. |
