Doesn't really seem to make sense to have Miami if you have to put (FL) in parentheses. Maybe replace with Barry?

Wisconsin is misspelled.

I would change the colleges that have city names, to make it a little more challenging.

I agree with Theosaurus, where possible. I realize that there's nothing you can really do with schools like Boise State and St. Louis (where all other D-I schools in their states include the state name), but there are several good alternatives to Boston College (Holy Cross, Northeastern, Harvard), and Oakland would be a good, even somewhat tricky, alternative to Detroit.

Nice idea but a few flaws. Most have been mentioned, but you need to fix the fact that Oakland is not a state and Michigan is missing.

Hey hey, ho ho, Xavier must go! Xavier Univ in both Ohio & Louisiana. How about Case Western or Wright State for Ohio?

Why not include all 50 states?
Feb 25th, 2013 at 18:57 GMT
Because if I wanted to include a d-1 college from arizona, all of the arizona colleges would include some form of "arizona" in them.

Specify that this is D-I basketball, not football. Besides that, good quiz, and @27packers I am looking forward to going to the Carrier Dome for the Clemson-Syracuse game in october.

Even with your unstated criteria of D-I athletics, I don't understand why Indiana isn't on the quiz (Butler, Valparaiso, and Notre Dame all fit your premise).
