@koopa08: Maybe not strictly speaking, but Lord Howe is self-governing just like e.g. Norfolk and Niue, both Easter Island and the J.F. Islands are so-called "special territories of Chile", and the Bonin Islands are part of the same island chain as the Northern Marianas, so not including them sounded somewhat silly to me.
@flixuk: Countries, not administrative divisions. Technically the mainland territories of Australia should be here, but it's pretty obvious that I've gone for a "countries and geographically separate territories" type of quiz, not everything that can be called a territory per se. |
