Great stuff. Given that you accepted the main city as an answer for most of the suburban American stadiums in 1994 (Boston for Foxborough, etc), I would accept New York for East Rutherford. As a Yank this didn't trip me up for a second, but it might cause others problems.

Berlin should be accepted for West Berlin. Besides that, good quiz.

@fordefr: Today's Berlin and West Berlin was two different cities, just like East and West Germany was two different countries. While technically one city, Berlin was divided into East and West by international borders. I guess you can compare it to the San Diego-Tijuana conurbation; one single settlement, two cities simply because they are divided by the US-Mexico border.

Damn hard, but interesting! Most known that I didn't get was Florence at 70%, least known that I got was Norrköping at 3%.. And I'd never heard of Sandviken though I've been to our neighboring country many times. Not surprisingly, the 2002 was the hardest, got only 3 from both countries..

I really think Berlin should count for West Berlin. Both East and West Berlin were offically known as Berlin and seen as two halves of one city rather than two cities. The world cup games were even played in the very same stadium! And, would anyone say that the capital of the Republic of Cyprus is South Nicosia?
