He's going for Metro areas here, not cities... San Jose is an an MSA by itself, but it's still the same CSA as the San Francisco and Oakland teams. You could consider it either way. I'd consider it the same market as the other Bay Area teams.

Im pretty sure the only team that plays in San jose is the Sharks!! Also Newark New Jersey only has the Devils now!! Nets are in NYC
