This quiz is full of problems and I question the source. What about Côte-d'Ivoire, Senegal, Republic of the Congo? How can it be that there is not one single French speaker in all of Haiti, where the language of teaching and administration is French? Is it possible that there are only 3,000 French speakers in Togo and Niger? And 6.7 million speakers in Canada looks like you're only referring to Quebec--what about the Acadian people of the Maritimes and the hundreds of thousands of native French speakers living in other Canadian provinces, such as BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario? Just a quick search online reveals far better sources. (Further to this...New Caledonia is not a country: it's an overseas collectivity of France.)

I have serious doubts about Luxembourg having only about 13,000 French speakers. Other (more reliable sources) quote that at least 90% of the population can speak French (hence, it has about 450,000 speakers).
